The inauguration of the new departures terminal at the Henri Coanda International Airport

Bucharest Airports National Company inaugurated on Tuesday, November the 6th, the new Departures Terminal of Henri Coandă International Airport, event which took place in the presence of Mr Valeriu Zgonea, President of the Chamber of Deputies, Mr. Victor Ponta, Prime Minister of Romania, Mr. Ovidiu Silaghi, Minister of Transports, Mr. Mircea Dusa, Minister of Interior as well as in the presence of Mr Mario Cospito, Ambassador of Italy, and Mr Martin Harris, Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

This project is part of Phase III of the program "Development and Modernization of Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport." Construction of this investment objective started in July 2011 and was completed in a record period of 17 months.
