Terminal cleanliness, cleaning and disinfection procedures, use of protective equipment by airport staff, signaling of compliance with social distance, including floor and seat markings, hand disinfection facilities, sanitary safety measures for passengers with reduced mobility were assessed, organization and control of passenger flows, sanitation of security control facilities, as well as general passenger facilities (shops, food and beverage selling areas, luggage trolleys, etc.).
