PROTOCOL TARIFFS

Definition:

The payment of the specific tariffs for the protocol activity entitles the users to use the specific infrastructure provided by CN AB SA (VIP and Business lounges), respectively to benefit from the provision of such services.

The rates are applicable as follows:

- per passenger in Business Lounges;

- per person or, as the case may be, per delegation processed in the VIP Lounges.

 

Rules of application

- The protocol and business lounge services tariffs  do not apply to children under the age of 2 years.

- All requests regarding the provision of protocol services will be transmitted 24 hours before the time of the passengers' flight. The payment of the protocol services will be made with a minimum of 3 hours before the departure / arrival of the passengers.

- In the case of all the requests for protocol services / authorized companions whose beneficiaries are economic agents (companies), respectively the natural persons, not announcing the cancellation of the delegation 3 hours before the time of departure / landing of the aircraft with which the delegation / persons travel will lead to the pricing of the clients with the amounts related to the services required in the request whose cancellation has not been made as specified above.

A. Protocol services provided to economic agents (companies), respectively natural persons

For the departures flow:

- Welcome of the passengers (after completing the check-in formalities)

- Assistance for the formalities of security control and border crossing through the Diplomat / VIP filters

- Access to the VIP lounge on the respective flow (international / domestic departures)

- Providing food selection by the external provider in contractual relationship with CN AB SA

- Assistance to boarding with priority access

- Transportation to the aircraft by limousine / VIP minibus (if necessary)

 

For the arrivals flow:

- Transportation to the aircraft by VIP limousine / minibus (if necessary)

- Welcoming and accompanying passengers

- Assistance for the formalities of crossing the border on the dedicated flow (for the international arrivals)

 

B. Protocol services provided to official institutions ("officials") - on the normal flow of passengers

For the departures flow:

- Assistance in carrying out the check-in formalities (at the request of the beneficiary)

- Accompanying passengers and companions (if applicable)

-Assistance for the formalities of security control and border crossing through the Diplomat / VIP filters

- Access to the VIP lounge on the respective flow (international / domestic departures)

- Food selection at the VIP lounge

- Assistance to boarding with priority access

- Transport to the aircraft by limousine / minibus (if necessary)

For the arrivals flow:

- Welcome and accompany the representatives of the institution to the VIP lounge (if applicable)

- Access to the VIP lounge and granting of existing food selection at the VIP lounge to the delegation's companions (if applicable)

- Transportation to the aircraft by limousine / minibus (if necessary)

- Welcoming and accompanying passengers and representatives (if applicable)

- Assistance for the formalities of crossing the border on the dedicated flow (in case of international arrivals)

-Assistance for taking the baggage from the baggage area (under specific circumstances).

 

 C. Protocol services provided at the Presidential Lounge - officials, respectively economic agents on an occasional basis

For the departures flow:

- Accompanying the representatives of the institution to the international departures terminal for assistance in carrying out the check-in / assistance in carrying out the check-in formalities at the Presidential Lounge

• - Assistance for the formalities of security control and border crossing at the Presidential Lounge

-Access to one of the three protocol rooms located within the Presidential Lounge with its specific facilities

- Assistance to boarding with priority access

- Transportation to the aircraft by limousine / minibus (if necessary).

 

For the arrivals flow:

- Meeting the representatives of the institution at the Presidential Lounge

- Transportation to the aircraft by limousine / minibus (if necessary)

- Accompanying the representatives of the institution to the platform position of the aircraft by which the passengers arrive

-Access to one of the three protocol rooms located within the Presidential Lounge with its specific facilities

- Assistance for the formalities of the border crossing at the Presidential Lounge

- Assistance in the recovery of baggage from the baggage conveyors in the arrivals terminal.

 

D. "Meet and assist" type services - authorized companions (without access to the VIP Lounge) - economic agents (companies), individuals

Application rules: The authorized accompany is provided in the case of groups of 5-10 persons. Below the minimum number of 5 passengers / group, no meet and assist services are provided. Exceeding the maximum threshold of 10 persons / group leads to additional customer pricing. Thus, for delegations larger than 10 persons, the applicable rates for authorized companions will be double compared to those included in this nomenclature.

For the departures flow:

-meeting the passengers (after check in)

-Assistance for the formalities of security control and border crossing through the Diplomat / VIP filters

- Accompanying passengers to the boarding gate and assistance with boarding with priority access

-Transportation to the aircraft by VIP limousine / minibus (if required).

For the arrivals flow:

- Transportation from the aircraft by VIP limousine / minibus (if necessary)

- Welcoming and accompanying the passengers

- Assistance for the formalities of crossing the border on the dedicated flow (in case of international arrivals).

10.2. BUSINESS CLASS LOUNGE TARIFFS

10.2.1. BUSINESS CLASS LOUNGE SERVICES – AIRLINES

Tariff level – VAT excluded:                                                      17 EUR/PERSON/VISIT

Application rules:

• Passenger access to the Business Lounge will be granted based on a Special Invitation issued by the Provider and validated by the Beneficiary by signature and stamp.

• Invitations are issued and registered by the Provider and will be handed over to the Beneficiary on the basis of a Minutes.

• The period of individual stay for a passenger in the lounge is of maximum 4 hours. In case this period is extended beyond the time limit of 4 hours, the Beneficiary of the services will pay an additional fee of 17,00 euro / passenger for each period of 4 hours, even if incomplete.

 

10.2.2. BUSINESS CLASS LOUNGE SERVICES - OCCASIONAL

Application rules:

• The period of individual stay for a passenger in the lounge is of maximum 4 hours. In case this period is extended beyond the time limit of 4 hours, the Beneficiary of the services will pay an additional fee of 45,00 euro / passenger (VAT included) for each period of 4 hours, even if incomplete.

 

10.2.3. BUSINESS CLASS LOUNGE SERVICES - ON CONTRACT

Applies to: BANKING INSTITUTIONS, ISSUERS OF ACCESS CARD, INVITATIONS AND THE LIKE

 

Tariff level – VAT excluded:                                                                               30 EURO/PAX

Rules of application:

• The period of individual stay for a passenger in the lounge is of maximum 4 hours. In case this period is extended beyond the time limit of 4 hours, the Beneficiary of the services will pay an additional fee of 30,00 euro  for each period of 4 hours, even if incomplete.

• Note: Any change in the commercial policy is approved in the Administration Board of Bucharest Airports based on a report prepared by the Commercial Service and takes effect as a result of commercial contracts concluded with Bucharest Airports partners from the date of signing the contracts by both parties.
