For any issue related to your baggage, please contact the airline you traveled with, as well as the Lost Baggage/Baggage Irregularities Office corresponding to the airline you traveled with.

Lost&Found offices are located in the baggage reclaim area of the Arrivals Terminal.

By purchasing an airline ticket, the passenger actually enters into a contract with the respective airline, which is responsible for all aspects related to air travel, including those concerning passengers’ baggage (check-in, handling to/from the aircraft, etc.).
